SHALINI IMPEX Clarifier designed on the process in which the expressed dark green acidic and turbid juice from the mills is subjected to both Physical and Chemical treatments by screening and application of Milk of Lime with subsequent elevations of Temperature to boiling stages for rendering the Non - Sugar substances insoluble and those suitable for Mechanical separation.

SHALINI IMPEX Cane Juice Clarifier consists of Four chamber Super imposed over one another compartment. Each chamber working as independent Juice clarifier.  All the compartment feeded through centre Tube mechanically operated gate to each compartment. Compartments having its own Juice withdrawal and Mud withdrawal continuously. Each compartment when filled with Raw heated or Partly filled Juice clarification take place in each compartment and no turbulence is transmitted from one chamber to another. The deflector plate in circular shape are provided just below the feed opening in centre tube so as to avoid mixing with settled juice with fresh in coming juice. The deflecting baffles also prevent any disturbance of Mud settled in Mud boots.

Clear Juice flows in the take off pipes and is withdrawn through juice overflow Box. The Internal Juice Pipe designed in perfect circular form Run across the circumference of the clarifier shell, inlet openings to clear Juice pipe are several numbers with small diameter to avoid turbidity locally developed in bigger diameter pipes. Thickened Mud is taken out by Mud withdrawal overflow Box controlled mechanically by telescopic valves. Centre Tube fixed with sixteen (16) Rake Arms Four each compartment regularly scrapping settled Mud into Mud boot & bottom cone.

Each compartment connected with vent Pipe for Air take off connected to common vent raised to clarifier top.

Mud seals are specially designed impregnated with steel foil keep compress towards centre tube machined pad. Each chamber is 1524mm high comfortable for repair and cleaning.

Bigger diameter flocculation chamber helps particles to coalesce and form large floes. Floes scrapped to channel by hinged floe collecting bar. The Mud scrapper arms fixed with hinged scrapper connected Rubber soft material for Mud scrapping and to avoid metallic friction between scrapper and tray plates the scrapper tips are replicable.

Juice before enter to flocculation chamber passed through baffle Mixer placed between flash tank and tangential feed entry reduced in coming velocity of Juice to clarifier.
